Position Type

Job Requirements

Education & Certifications (Required)

  • High school diploma/equivalent minimum
  • Valid personal training certification:
  • ISSN (International Society of Sports Nutrition)
  • NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine)
  • ACE (American Council on Exercise)
  • Or equivalent Vietnamese certification

Experience

  • Preferred: 2+ years fitness/training experience
  • Acceptable: 1+ years with strong portfolio

Stage 3: Practical Demo Session (5-7 days)

Format: - 30-minute session with real client or manager - Demonstrate teaching and coaching ability - Show exercise knowledge and modification skills - Assess energy and communication

Evaluation: - Exercise selection appropriateness - Client safety and form correction - Motivation and engagement - Communication clarity - Adaptability

Pass Criteria: Manager approval (minimum 3.5/5 rating)

Stage 4: Final Interview & Offer (7-10 days)

Participants: - Facility Manager - Head of Training Department - Candidate

Topics: - Compensation package - Contract terms - Benefits - Onboarding process - Start date - Expectation alignment

Decision: Offer or rejection notification


Compensation Package

Base Salary

  • New Trainer: 8-10M/month
  • Experienced Trainer: 12-15M/month
  • Senior/Master Trainer: 15-20M/month

Commission Structure

  • PT Session Commission: 20-30% of session fee
  • Membership Referral: 500K-1M per membership
  • Performance Bonus: 2-5M if targets >100%

Termination Process

Probationary Period (First 90 Days)
