Job Requirements¶
Education & Certifications (Required)¶
- High school diploma/equivalent minimum
- Valid personal training certification:
- ISSN (International Society of Sports Nutrition)
- NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine)
- ACE (American Council on Exercise)
- Or equivalent Vietnamese certification
Experience¶
- Preferred: 2+ years fitness/training experience
- Acceptable: 1+ years with strong portfolio

Stage 3: Practical Demo Session (5-7 days)¶
Format: - 30-minute session with real client or manager - Demonstrate teaching and coaching ability - Show exercise knowledge and modification skills - Assess energy and communication
Evaluation: - Exercise selection appropriateness - Client safety and form correction - Motivation and engagement - Communication clarity - Adaptability
Pass Criteria: Manager approval (minimum 3.5/5 rating)
Stage 4: Final Interview & Offer (7-10 days)¶
Participants: - Facility Manager - Head of Training Department - Candidate

Compensation Package¶
Base Salary¶
- New Trainer: 8-10M/month
- Experienced Trainer: 12-15M/month
- Senior/Master Trainer: 15-20M/month
Commission Structure¶
- PT Session Commission: 20-30% of session fee
- Membership Referral: 500K-1M per membership
- Performance Bonus: 2-5M if targets >100%
